Healthy Pregnancy Plus

We want to help you have a healthy pregnancy. Our Healthy Pregnancy Plus program gives you the support you need from your first trimester all the way past childbirth. Let us help you feel better prepared to bring your baby into the world.

Through the program you’ll get:

• Educational material by mail each trimester
• Free gifts and resources
• Breastfeeding classes
• Breastfeeding support from professionals
• A free double electric breast pump and accessories
• Access to excellent pediatric care for your newborn at the Culinary Health Centers
• A $400 reward if you complete the program

How do I get the $400 reward?

It’s easy! Complete these steps:

1. Call 702-691-5665 to join the Healthy Pregnancy Plus program.
2. Visit an in-network OB/GYN during the first 12 weeks of your pregnancy.
3. Go to all of your OB/GYN appointments during your pregnancy.
4. Before you deliver, visit a Culinary Health Center for a tour and meet your baby’s pediatrician. During the tour, you’ll get a special gift basket!
5. Once your baby is born, bring your child’s birth certificate to Customer Service. It must be hospital certified, or a certified birth certificate.
6. Take your newborn to the Culinary Health Centers for their FIRST 4 pediatrician visits. The first visits are usually:
   • 3-5 days after birth
   • at 2 weeks
   • at 2 months and
   • at 4 months

Who can join the program?

Any Culinary member or dependent spouse. Dependent children can still participate in the program, but they won’t get the $400 reward.

Do you have resources for pregnant participants who don’t join the program?

Yes, we still provide:

• Educational material mailed to you each trimester
• Breastfeeding classes and support if you want to breastfeed
• Free gifts and resources
• A free double electric breast pump and other gifts to help you pump successfully
• Access to excellent pediatric care for your newborn at the Culinary Health Centers
