It’s important to take good care of your kidneys. Your kidneys clean out your blood and get extra water and waste out of your body by making urine. There are many things that can hurt your kidneys. We recommend you take our Kidney Smart class:

• if you have high blood pressure.
• if you have high cholesterol.
• if you have kidney disease.
• if you take a lot of medicines.

These things put your kidneys at risk.

• How your diet, medicine and habits affect your kidneys
• What treatments there are for kidney disease
