Pesto Sauce
Ingredients

1 bunch of fresh basil

2 cloves of chopped garlic

¼ cup of pine nuts

¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese

1½ ounce (oz) of olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Clean and dry the basil.

Place the basil, garlic, pine nuts, and cheese in a blender or food processor and blend for 1-2 minutes.

Scrape down the sides of the blender or food processor.

Start the machine again and slowly add the oil to form a smooth paste.

Season with salt and pepper.
