  1. Sauté the onions and garlic in the olive oil in a large pan.
  2. Add the bell peppers, eggplant, and zucchini to the pan and sauté for 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sauté for 5 minutes.
Your measuring spoon set may have tbsp, TBS, T, TB, or Tbl on it. They all mean tablespoon.
