Roasted Chicken Breasts
Ingredients

1 tablespoon (tbsp) of olive oil

1 teaspoon (tsp) of dried oregano

½ teaspoon (tsp) of smoked paprika

½ teaspoon (tsp) of kosher salt

¼ teaspoon (tsp) of dried thyme

¼ teaspoon (tsp) of white pepper

One pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 each, 4-ounce breasts)
Directions

Make a paste by mixing olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt, thyme, and pepper in a medium bowl by hand.

Add the chicken and rub well with the paste.

Place the chicken on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees until the chicken is cooked to 165 degrees.

Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes to allow the juices to settle.
