Spinach Salad with Sliced Red Onions

Ingredients

10 pounds (lbs) of trimmed and chopped fresh spinach
2 pounds (lbs) of sliced red onions
2 cups of sliced black olives
12 diced boiled eggs

Directions

Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and toss evenly.
Slowly drizzle in the salad dressing of your choice while tossing.
Serve on a large platter or in a bowl.
