Mango Salsa
Ingredients

3 mangoes

2 tomatoes
-
2 jalapeños
-
1 red onion
-
4 tablespoons (tbsp) of chopped cilantro

2 ounces (oz) of lime juice

2 ounces (oz) of pineapple juice

Salt to taste
Directions

Peel and dice the mangoes.

Peel, seed, and dice the tomatoes.

Dice the red onion into small pieces.

Dice the jalapeños into small pieces.

Combine the mangoes, tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, and cilantro in a large mixing bowl.

Mix well.

Mix in the lime juice, pineapple juice, and salt.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve.
Your measuring spoon set may have tbsp, TBS, T, TB, or Tbl on it. They all mean tablespoon.
